For hypoglycemics who ALWAYS do battle with how to eat 6 meals a day-without getting fat from too much food-this is damn near PERFECT. You need to hit the diabetic school at Cape Coral Hospital with a brochure-you’d be swamped! My first 6 meal pack was just plain awesome food-the kind you feel good eating-AND after eating!
