No, our meals are always fresh. We do not recommend freezing simply because there are no added preservatives. Simply keep them refrigerated and heat when ready to eat.

We always have meals available in our Grab & Go Coolers at The Lean Box location in North Fort Myers.

You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up or has been delivered (if you have chosen a pick- up location). If you need an ETA or have not received an email, please contact us at 239.656.0358 or via email at [email protected]. We are here to help!

Our delivery routes change depending on orders received, therefore no specific time is ever available. You can however make a note on your order if you would like us to contact you within a time window.

Your meals are being transported in our refrigerated trucks. Once delivered they would need to be refrigerated. You can purchase one of our coolers with ice or supply one of your own. Please note, if upon arrival no one is home and we are not able to reach you and there is no cooler available, the meals will be returned to our facility, where they may be picked up. If you choose to have us deliver a second time, please note that delivery fees will apply.
