All meals are delivered in refrigerated trucks to ensure freshness. Once delivered, it is the customers responsibility to ensure proper refrigeration. We offer coolers and ice packs for purchase, at check out if needed. Please be advised that if a cooler has not been purchased, nor supplied by the customer, and no one is home when attempting to deliver, the meals will be returned to our shop and placed in our refrigerators. This is done, in order to avoid meals from spoiling and ensuring that our customers do not consume spoiled meals. At which time, you may pick them up or if a second delivery is needed, please be advised that a delivery fee will apply.
